Please read iWhite Ireland’s terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to these terms & conditions. By placing an order at iWhite you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by iWhite as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information about our brand and products to you. The information you provide is only available to iWhite and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request iWhite to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the iWhite Conditions, you agree to the above.
You agree that you will not misuse or abuse account access and passwords at iWhite. You agree that you are solely responsible for all activities under your account and you are liable for the consequences which may arise.
Payment shall be made by a pre-arranged method of payment acceptable to iWhite including Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Where payment is made by credit card or debit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and iWhite shall not be liable in any way if for any reason your financial institution refuses to accept the credit card.
Discount codes are subject to their individual terms and conditions.iWhite reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders places which do not comply with these terms, even if your credit or debit card has been charged. In this instance, iWhite will inform the customer and issue a refund.
When an order is placed, you will receive an email receipt of your order. Your electronic receipt of an order does not signify iWhite’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order. iWhite reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. In the unlikely instance a product you have ordered is out of stock, iWhite will inform the customer and offer a refund for that part of the order or send the rest of the order out with the out of stock item to follow at a later stage. The customer will not be charged extra for shipment of the out of stock item.
Products purchased from iWhite.ie are not for re-sale or distribution. iWhite may require additional verification or information before accepting an order placed with a large or suspicious amount of products.
Although availability may be indicated on iWhite, we cannot guarantee product availability and products as on the rare occasion this may be a fault with the system or with typography. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue, or cease certain products. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, at our discretion, contact the customer to suggest products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or offer to cancel your order.
iWhite offer a 1-3 day shipping period, however we will not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier or any other third party. In some cases, your order may require a signature. Please ensure that you, or a trusted person is available to sign for your package.
If you are an international customer, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These taxes and duties are applied when the delivery reaches that destination.The customer will be responsible for payment of import duties and taxes. Before placing your order, if you have any queries please contact your local customs office.
If your goods are damaged, unsatisfactory or not as described, iWhite allow the customer 14 days for inspection and to contact us via email about the rejection of the products. If this action is not taken within the 14 days, iWhite will assume your order is satisfactory and will not accept returns.
Once we receive your email, you will be issued with a returns form to be filled out and sent back with your order.
In the case of unwanted items, please note the following procedure; Upon receiving the returned items, iWhite will inspect the products to make sure they are in saleable condition. iWhite will issue a refund within 30 days if we are satisfied with your return.
In the case of damaged or faulty items, iWhite request for the items to be sent back. Upon receiving the returned items, iWhite will inspect the products and the customer will be notified of a refund or an exchanged item – depending on the preference of the customer.
iWhite offer a 7 day cancellation period. If within these 7 days, your order has been shipped, you will be liable for the cost of returning the package.
iWhite reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.
